Tickle Spell

The witch watched as the spell mercilessly tickled helpless tiny Travis' feet beneath their bandages. Travis wriggled and squirmed as much as his rigid cocoon allowed, but could do nothing to escape the torturous sensation around his feet. The young witch was so amused by his pained dance, she decided to leave the spell on for an undetermined amount of time. "Mphhh....MPHHHHH!..."
